We, at Zaftenni, aim to provide you with a smooth and satisfactory dress rental experience. Our return policy outlines the process of returning rented items and provides important information for addressing any issues that may arise during the rental period. Please read these details cautiously.

1. Rental Period and Return Time

All dresses are rented for a specific period of rental which is clearly made evident at the time of checkout.

  • Rental Period Completion: All dresses must be returned by the end of the rental period, which may vary depending on the dress. Late returns will incur additional fees.
  • Return Shipping: We do domestic return shipping only within the United States. You have to return the item using the pre-paid return label that comes with your order.

2. Quality of Dresses on Return

  • Hygiene: Dresses must be returned in the same condition as they were received. We ask that you keep all rentals clean. If a returned dress shows any damage, staining, or alteration, additional charges will apply.
  • Check-up: All dresses returned to us will be checked. On finding evidence of any damage or tear on the dress, we will communicate with you regarding the further consequences and fees to be incurred thereon.

3. Late Returns

If your rental item is not returned by the specified return date, a late fee will be charged to the payment method on file. The fee is calculated on a per-day basis.

If you need more time before returning your rental item, feel free to reach us at customer support before the deadline.

4. Return on Damages or Wrong Products

  • Unless you receive the wrong product, or if your dress has damages, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of your dress. We will replace it or we will return the same defective product.
  • To make the whole process easy, attach pictures of the damages or mistakes received on our desk for evaluation.

5. Non-Returnable Products

  • Altered Dresses: If the dresses are altered in any manner, including any DIY alteration, then those can't be returned. In that case, you need to pay the cost of the dress.
  • Final Sale Items: At certain times, Zaftenni may give some dresses labeled as "final sale." Such items cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for dresses that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or late returns.
